Glen E. Polcyn, CFP®, is President and CEO of B & G Financial Services based in Sedona, AZ. Glen specializes in income, savings, and retirement planning, as well as estate, succession and tax reduction planning for a clientele of affluent individuals, retirees, successful professionals and small business owners.

A 1977 graduate of Arizona State University, with a B.S. in Accounting, Glen worked three years as an internal auditor before entering the financial services profession in 1981.

He is a Certificant of the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., and past Vice-President and board member of the Phoenix chapter of the Financial Planning Association.

Glen shares his knowledge through frequent public speaking engagements, radio talk show guest appearances, and as a published author.

Dedicated to the community, Glen is a member of the Rotary Club of Sedona Red Rocks, the Sedona Oak Creek Canyon Chamber of Commerce, and is an active member of his church. He coached girls’ softball for 10 years—the last three years at Sedona Red Rock High School. Glen and his wife Becki, who is also a financial services professional, were married in 1979 and have two grown children, Grady and Paris.

Glen and Becki have been in the network marketing business since 1986. In addition to each having a very successful financial services practice, they have built a very successful third business, their home based network marketing business!
